I have known Ashley personally for about 35 years.  I have known him to be of good character.  As a real estate agent he is trustworthy, the reason I chose him to sell my property.  I was impressed by his professionalism;  he provided me with a To Do and Not To Do checklist before the property was put on the market.  His presentation of the property when it was put on market was impeccable, evidently a great marketer and a suburb specialist.  Ashley justified my decision by delivering a great price.
